It is clear that there is a huge amount of benefit that organisations (both public and private) could secure through more organised procurement process but it is also clear that this benefit will not be achieved without proper stakeholder engagement/management and a programme of activity to push spend through better deals. 

Paramount Global Consulting believes that an effective procurement capability is critical to an organisation's ability to achieving business efficiencies.  

We also support our clients by conducting procurement auditing to establish compliance with procurement regulations and strategies; where gaps are found, we advise on steps to be taken in bridging the gaps.

We have delivered a range of landmark projects within the public and private sectors and have undertaken various procurement management related activities including:
