At Paramount Global Consulting we have a team of experts with skills and knowledge of forensic workplace investigations. Whether an organization is facing a problem that might require immediate investigation or it is interested in putting policies and procedures in place for the future or is interested in enhancing the already available skills within its Ethics or Human Resources team, we can provide independent investigators with proven experience of working with international organisations to provide the necessary support.   

Our consultants have expertise of investigating workplace problems such as discrimination, harassment, theft, threats and violence, drug and alcohol use. We have expertise on how to conduct interviews and gathering of evidence including searching staff and electronic monitoring.  We can provide training and support on how to write a formal investigation report and assist in drafting or reviewing policies such as complaints, open – door, antidiscrimination and retaliation policies.
